Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Certification Class  (CGC Classes are coming soon!)

• 6-week package: 1-hour sessions

• Includes: Final CGC test and certificate

• Max dogs per class: 6

• Price: $180 per dog

• Learn structured obedience skills, proper manners, and prepare your dog for AKC CGC certification. Perfect for dogs ready to take their training to the next level.

• Preresquisite: Dog must have taken previous obedience classes with Anam Cara Canine. 

General Obedience Classes

• 6-week package: 1-hour sessions, in-home or outdoor group

• Max dogs per class: 4–6 dogs with up to 2 handlers

• At Home Price: $480 *taught in the comfort of your own yard or a public setting of my choice

• Group Price: $140 for senior citizens and $160 for general admission *These classes are held in Cave Spring Virginia

• Build foundational obedience skills: sit, stay, recall, walking politely on leash, and general manners. Great for adult dogs or those who need a refresher.

Puppy Obedience Package (at home)

• 8 week package: 45 minutes sessions with homework for you and your puppy. Includes brief follow up. 

• Price: $640  $560 (one free session included)

• Early training for puppies with a focus on basic commands, socialization, and owner guidance. Shorter sessions keep puppies engaged while owners learn handling techniques.

Private / Individual Sessions

• One-on-one training tailored to you and your dog’s needs

• Price: $100 for one hour and brief follow up

• Ideal for: specific behavior issues (jumping up) (housetraining), skill refinement, second opinions, pre-adoption guidance.

Behavior / Reactivity Packages 

• 1.5 Hour Evaluation: $100 (in severe cases or multi dog households it could take up to two evaluations)

• Follow-up training: 4 weeks of 2 sessions week at $60 per session; $480 (this can be up-scaled for long term work just ask)

• This is a personalized behavior modification plan for dogs with reactivity, anxiety, or other behavioral concerns. It is only available after taking the six week at home obedience (OB) course (this helps develop communication skills in the dog before exposing them to triggers). If you think you need this service: check the box for this service. You will not have to do a second/third evaluation session for the OB course. After the OB course we may proceed with this package.

Senior and End-of-Life Support 

Dogs deserve the best of us. Support for senior dogs and difficult end-of-life decisions, including quality-of-life check-ins, in-home guidance, and accompaniment to veterinary appointments. Services are tailored to your dog’s needs and your comfort. $100

Optional Add-Ons

• Take-home materials / manuals: $10–$20

• CGC retest (if dog does not pass first try): $20–$30
